Coaching integrates the best of what I have to offer.

It’s work that integrates my decades-long passion for and study of the intersection of psychology, spirituality, leadership, and other frameworks for maximizing human potential, and of the integration of body-heart-mind-spirit connection that empowers us to flourish.

About Me

Ever since I was quite young, I’ve wondered about questions like ”Who is in charge, my heart or my head?” “What makes us truly happy and fulfillled?” “Why am I here – what gifts am I meant to give to the world?”  And so on. I’ve chosen a life and career path that has allowed me to ask those kinds of questions, and to support others in exploring their own version of questions like these. Along the way I’ve developed the gifts of deep listening, empathy, compassionate leadership, creating spaces and relationships grounded in psychological safety and trust, and many other skills that are foundational for excellence in coaching.

I’ve supported individuals and led groups and teams for decades, as a start-up entrepreneur in the education/training industry, founder of a successful non-profit organization, an ordained rabbi and community leader, and an interfaith chaplain in hospital and hospice settings, where support for healthcare providers and teams was a key focus of my work.

I am a life-long learner, knowing that I can only coach, teach, lead, and connect from my own lived experience.

My coaching certification comes through WholeBeing Institute’s positive psychology program, and my mindfulness meditation teacher training certification, led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, through the UC Berkeley Greater Good Science Center.

My undergaduate BA focused on Psychology and Business, and my MA on Judaic Studies and Education. My rabbinic ordination was followed by a decade as an interfaith chaplain at the Cleveland Clinic and Penn Medicine’s Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where my passion for providing staff support began with offering mindfulness, stress reduction and resilience workshops, self care rounds and more.

Some of my most recent trainings include: Breathwork for Human Potential, Training for Health Professionals: Science-Based Skills for Emotional Resilience and Well-Being , and Coaching and Mentoring Essentials for Healthcare Professionals with the Cleveland Clinic’s Center for Excellence in Coaching and Mentoring.

I’m incredibly grateful to be married to a wonderful partner in life, to be the mother of three adult children, mother-in-law to two more, grandma to four amazing little girls (if I do say so myself!), and to have close connections in community. I love to sing and dance, to kayak on the Schuylkill ten minutes from home or in beautiful far away places, to go for walks in the quiet of early morning or late night, to read, and to eat good food around a table of friends and family.

I look forward to getting to know you!
